Code: PCC/20/617 Webinar and Seminar: Managing Remote Teams (Cancelled)

Much of our workforce is experiencing significant change and emotional strain as it continues to work virtually since the Covid-19 lockdown. How leadership assists our people to manage these changes and emotions has an impact not just on their wellbeing and performance but on employee relations as we transition through these uncertain days and months. 

This 2 part event provides managers with a link to a 45 minute pre-recorded webinar on best practices followed by the opportunity to participate in a facilitated 40 minute virtual seminar with colleagues on Zoom.

At the seminar we'll discuss the issues raised in the webinar and how to implement remote managing best practices locally in our teams.

Those managers attending the virtual seminar will be directed to our manager forum where the conversation can be continued.
