• Part 1: Introduction to 'no recourse to public funds' (NRPF)
• Part 2: Providing accommodation under the Care Act 2014 & section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983
• Part 3: Human rights assessments when the Schedule 3 exclusion applies

Objectives
• To understand how immigration status affects entitlement to services
• To be able to establish when accommodation/ financial support can be provided to an adult with no recourse to public funds under the Care Act
• To understand when and how to undertake a human rights assessment
• To be able to apply good practice when working with adults who have no recourse to public funds
